Barrett Communications appoints new CEO

Perth, Western Australia, 30 October 2018 – Barrett Communications has announced the appointment of Mr. Andrew Burt as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer.

Andrew has been with Barrett Communications for the past 22 years and most recently in the role of General Manager – European and America’s Office, which he has held for the past 10 years. Mr Phillip Bradshaw, Chairman of Barrett Communications commented “Andrew’s appointment comes at an exciting time for Barrett Communications. Over the last 12 months we have released product innovations that are significant within the HF market and at the same time we are seeing increased growth in our key market sectors. We are confident Andrew’s appointment will bring a new enthusiasm to our business.”

In addition to Andrew’s appointment, Barrett have recently appointed two new Business Development Managers across the Asia Pacific and African regions and an Operations Manager in the Latin American region.

Andrew went on to say, “I am excited for where Barrett Communications will develop in the next few years, together with the Board and the Barrett management team, we are developing plans for further innovation and market growth. Our staff, customers and dealer network are paramount to the success of Barrett Communications, moving forward we look to strengthen existing relationships and develop long term new ones.”
